Terms of Service for GoTime: Traffic Alerts

These Terms of Service govern your use of GoTime: Traffic Alerts ("GoTime", "we", "our", or "us"), provided by MizyApps.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GoTime, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service description

GoTime helps users monitor commute routes and receive notifications based on travel-time targets. Route estimates and alerts may vary due to traffic, network conditions, map data, or device limitations.

Eligibility and lawful use

You are responsible for using the app in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your region.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

GoTime may offer paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases.
Billing is processed by your app marketplace provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your marketplace account settings.
You can manage, change, or cancel subscriptions from your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google payment and refund policies, as applicable.
Where supported, you may restore purchases in the app.

User responsibilities

Provide accurate information when setting up routes.
Use notifications and travel estimates as informational guidance only.
Follow traffic laws and drive responsibly at all times.
Do not misuse the app, attempt fraud, or interfere with services.

Prohibited conduct

You may not reverse engineer, copy, exploit, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to GoTime systems, services, or related infrastructure.

Third-party services

GoTime may rely on third-party services such as Google Maps Platform, Google Places, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple App Store, and Google Play. Their terms and policies may also apply.

Intellectual property

The app, branding, software, and related content are owned by MizyApps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

GoTime is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses arising from delays, missed notifications, route estimation inaccuracies, service interruptions, or third-party service failures.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to GoTime if these Terms are violated or if needed for security, legal compliance, or service integrity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye.
